Home Richmond is a large Build-to-Rent development located on Church Street in Richmond, one of Melbourne’s most established inner-city suburbs. Positioned within a mixed-use precinct combining residential living with ground-level retail and shared amenity spaces, the development was designed to support a high-density community of residents within a single integrated asset.
With hundreds of apartments spread across multiple residential buildings and shared facilities, the project required a connectivity solution capable of delivering consistent, high-performance internet across private residences and communal areas while supporting the operational needs of a modern Build-to-Rent asset.
Gigafy's Role.
Gigafy designed and delivered a high-performance fibre and wireless network tailored to the scale and operational model of the Home Richmond community. The network infrastructure supports residents, building management and common-area connectivity within a single unified system.
A building-wide Wi-Fi network allows residents to connect instantly when they move in while ensuring reliable connectivity across apartments and shared spaces. The infrastructure was designed to support long-term operational performance, resident experience and future network upgrades as demand continues to grow.
